Because our products are perishable food items, we are only able to accept returns and issue refunds under specific circumstances outlined below.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility

You must notify us of any issues with your order within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must meet one of the following conditions:

You received the wrong item.

Your order arrived damaged or defective.

We cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed products due to food safety regulations.
2. Non-Returnable Items

All perishable goods (including all flavours and pack sizes of PopCornaa) are non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.

Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.
3. Process for Refunds or Replacements

Contact us at hello@popcornaa.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable).

Our team will review your request and confirm if you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

If approved, we will:

4. Shipping Errors & Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and provide photographs when contacting us. This helps us resolve the issue quickly with our courier partners.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
